1. Eligibility
Students under 18 must have parent/guardian consent. Enrollment may be declined if health or safety concerns are disclosed.
2. Class Participation
Martial arts involve physical activity. Students participate at their own risk. Students must follow instructor directions to maintain a safe learning environment.
3. Payments & Memberships
Tuition fees are due as agreed upon at registration. Missed classes are not refundable but may be rescheduled when possible.
4. Communications
By opting in, you may receive SMS/email updates about schedules, billing, events, and promotions. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
5. Content & Media
Photos/videos taken in class may be used for promotional purposes if you have given consent on your application form.
6. Termination of Enrollment
The Academy reserves the right to terminate enrollment for unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
